Description:

Checks if the specified/mentioned user has certain characters
This command checks to see if a specified or mentioned user has certain characters. These characters are set by the moderators using the set command and the key hasCommand.

How to use:

• To see if you have the characters, either type just the command name if you've already added your username, or the command name followed by your username: has ~necavit
• To see if other people have the characters, type the command name followed by the person's username or mention the person (if they have stored their username).
